Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Jules Accessories you will be deemed to have read and understood our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English Law, this does not affect your non- excludable statutory rights.

1. Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, at peak times this could be slightly longer – In some instances a signature may be required.

If an item is not in stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and send it to you as soon as we can - this is usually within 14 days. If there is a further delay we will notify you in writing and ask you whether you still wish to purchase the item(s) to be sent to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one delivery. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

2. Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange your item or offer you a refund. Please return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in its original condition, tissue or bubble wrapped, together with proof of purchase. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us in good condition, so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post in a padded envelope, box or similar. We are not responsible for any damage, consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused. The cost of postage & packing to send the replacement item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. General Information

Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology; however, slight variations may occur especially with the cork skin products being a natural material. Images shown on our website may have slight colour differences to the actual goods you receive due to the display discrepancies inherent in different computer monitors.

4. Editing of Website

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time or edit any content on this website.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product from this website whether or not this product has been sold, removing or editing any content of the website, for refusing to process a transaction or suspending a transaction after processing has begun.

If a product is listed and priced incorrectly due to an error we reserve the right to cancel the order. If the item has been paid for we will refund in full by the same method that the order was paid for and contact you to offer you the option to place the order at the correct price.

5. Our Rights

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at anytime at our sole discretion.
