Ordering & Delivery Information
1. Making A Purchase
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Solo, Electron, JCB and Maestro cards - Payment can also be made through Paypal or by Cheque.
You can order
- On-line: Just visit our website www.julesaccessories.co.uk, click on the add to basket buttons and pay by Paypal (for delivery to UK only), alternatively send the order form by email and we will call you to arrange payment or for delivery to outside the UK we will send you a Paypal invoice.
- By telephone: You can telephone us on 0044 (0)7947 787926 between 9am and 6pm. If for any reason we cannot take your call, please leave your name and a contact number on our answering service and we will return your call as soon as possible.
- By post: You can send your order by post. Write to us informing us the product codes of the items you wish to purchase and send a cheque including delivery charges made payable to Jules Accessories. Please ensure that a daytime contact number is included and kindly write your cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque. Please find our address on the 'contact us' page.
2. Postage and Packaging
We can deliver your purchase worldwide. Postage and Packing charges for the UK are as follows:
- Order value under £15.00 - £2.95
- Order value between £15.01 - £30.00 - £3.95
- Order value between £30.01 - £69.99 - £5.50
- Order value between £70 - £100 - £7.50
- Order value over £100 - £9.50
International Postage & Packing is charged at a flat rate of £9.50 for one small package. Please contact us for a quote for the additional charge to send multiple or large items internationally before placing an order.
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-2working days. At peak times this could be slightly longer – In some instances a signature may be required. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and send it to you as soon as we can - this is usually within 14 days. If there is a further delay we will notify you in writing and ask you whether you still wish to purchase the item(s) to be sent to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one delivery. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
